I am so excited to have found your website.  I was reading Thunderpress (Sept edition) and saw the story of your trike and wanted to share some of my experiences. 

I was crippled on my left side 2 years ago by a butcher Neurosurgeon.  My husband writes for "Thunderpress" and our life was riding harleys.  I rode a heritage.  After my surgery my husband promised he would have me riding again.  Within six months he converted my heritage to a trike and customized it so I could ride again.  Right shifting and breaking, side arms to keep me from falling off, wheel chair rack and other adjustments needed.  What a feeling it was to ride again.  When I am riding, I am not crippled.
